We love the idea of a theme for the year- That’s why we focused on WAKE UP WITH A SMILE in 2019!

Instead of another ho-hum year with resolutions that seem to break down for many of us by mid-February, an annual theme is a great way to serve as a guiding light and help you make decisions so you remain on purpose for your focus for the year.

Declaring our theme for the year was inspired by the everyday moments and the knowledge that WAKING UP WITH A SMILE each day can reset your mood and give you a sense of positive purpose to face your day.

Intentionality can be exercised in all areas of our lives. One way to improve our focus and ability to concentrate is through yoga. Yoga is as much a mental exercise as it is a physical activity. Yoga also helps the mind and body to become one and is a good complement to a healthy lifestyle and sound sleep life.
